Scheduling Pickup & Delivery

How to schedule, reschedule, and manage your pickup and delivery windows.

Choose your preferred day

From the order flow, select Order → Scheduling. Pick the date that works best for you. If a date is unavailable, it is either fully booked or outside our current radius.

Select a time window

We offer three time windows for pickup and delivery, Monday to Saturday.

  • Morning: 08:00 – 12:00
  • Afternoon: 12:00 – 17:00
  • Evening: 17:00 – 22:00

Rescheduling

Need a different time? Contact us via the live chat up to 2 hours before your pickup and we will move it for you.
